Welcome to the official blog of Judged By Love
We’ve been sending out emails for the past year (with a big gap in the middle), but all along we’ve been wanting to setup an official website so it would be easier to send the emails each week, and so that if you read something that you thought was valuable – it would be easy for you to share it with someone else.
Beginning next week, instead of an email coming from me directly, you’ll receive an email from us at JudgedByLove.com.
Each email will include a link to the website – so if you share an email with someone – they can easily subscribe to the emails. Also, if you’re tired of them – each email will include an un-subscribe link at the bottom.
So, why “Judged By Love”?
A long time ago we read a book called “Promises to Keep” – and I don’t remember if I told you about it – but it’s an amazing book about a Catholic Family in the 30’s and 40’s in Denver, and they struggled and had crosses but they did two things ALL the time: They took time for their marriage, and they demonstrated love – to each other, their children, their friends…
And at the end of the book they quoted St. John of the Cross, and after I had dried my eyes that quote became the motto for my family. We have tried and tried again to have this be what we come back to – to continue giving love, even when nothing was there.
And believe me, I know how far away I am from living this on a daily basis. But if we just keep coming back each day, with God’s Grace it will become the truth:
